How does a service contract work?
Our service contracts are prepaid service packages that help with preventive periodic maintenance. So, for a fixed fee our vehicle maintenance contracts include all scheduled servicing.
How long is a service contract valid for?
A service contract can be purchased for 1, 2, or 3 years. The number of services covered would depend on the make of the car, the model, and the mileage. Most cars typically require servicing every 10,000 kms or 6 months, whichever comes earlier. Typically, a 1-year contract would entitle you to 3 services in a year, but this could vary depending on the aforementioned factors.

How It Works
We Collect Your Car
+When it's time for your next service, one of our service advisors will give you a ring to verify what type of service you'd like to go ahead with.
After confirming your desired time and place, we'll have one of our drivers out to pick up your car.
We Service Your Car
+A 360-degree health check will be carried out to check for any issues. The report that comes out of this will be sent to you by SMS and email.
After we get your approval, all the service work listed in the service package of your choice will be performed
We Deliver Your Car
+Your car goes for a quality check and a road test after all servicing work is done. After it passes both, we’ll prepare the car for delivery.
Our driver will handover your newly serviced car back to you at your desired time and location.
